The Department of State delivered the 2024 Report on Adherence to and Compliance with Arms Control, Nonproliferation, and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments, also known as the Compliance Report, to Congress.
The annual Compliance Report provides detailed assessments of the United States’ and other nations’ compliance and adherence to all arms control, disarmament, and nonproliferation agreements and commitments to which the United States is a party or participating state. This includes agreements and commitments related to nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons, as well as conventional weapons.
