The U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce the selection of USA Expo Partners to engage corporate America and recruit sponsors for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. Historically, international expos, also known as World’s Fairs, provide a powerful opportunity to showcase American values, enterprise and innovation, culture, and global leadership, as well as to promote collaboration with international partners to tackle shared global challenges.
USA Expo Partners is a partnership between the consulting firm Heart & Soul Marketing of Phoenix, Arizona, Ted Johnson of Norden Strategies and Justin Buoen of KBO Group, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Megan Nashban Kenney of Orlattle, in Washington D.C., and Takayuki Hioki of Sport Marketing Group (SMG), in Tokyo, Japan. Heart & Soul is an agency with extensive domestic and international experience. Johnson, Buoen, and Nashban Kenney, who will lead solicitation activities, recently served as Senior Advisors to the USA EXPO 2027 campaign; Hioki has represented many of America’s leading sports brands at major events and attractions in Japan.
The USA Pavilion theme “Imagine What We Can Create Together” encourages visitors to visualize themselves in the United States as we support advances in sustainability, space exploration, education, and entrepreneurship. The “Imagine” theme inspires visitors to envision themselves in the United States studying, touring our rich and diverse country, appreciating the abundant natural beauty, learning about sustainability efforts, and joining our journey back to the moon and beyond. Expo 2025 Osaka will open on April 13, 2025, and is expected to receive over 28 million visits over the course of its six-month duration.
The Department of State is very pleased to work with USA Expo Partners to identify and recruit sponsors for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
