From November 30-December 12, 2023, senior U.S. officials from over 20 U.S. Departments, Agencies, and organizations will travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to advance U.S. goals and ensure a strong outcome at the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference (COP28).
The U.S. delegation will be led by Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry. In addition to Vice President Kamala Harris, who will attend COP28 from December 1-2, other senior U.S. officials in the U.S. delegation include:
